Artist; Stacey Mayer
Stacey grew up riding her half-Arabian gelding, Seraphim, on the riding trails around Woodinville, WA. Her favorite horses were Arabians, Appaloosas, Morgans, sport horses, race horses, and gaited horses.
Stacey's art has always been filled with animals; horses, unicorns, mermaids, and other beautiful things. Her family was supportive of her artistic talent, and there was always paint and paper available to create and practice her art. In 1980, the Arabian Horse Registry commissioned Stacey to illustrate, "Guardians of the Breed", and her artwork quickly become recognizable to the Arabian horse world.
