Koalas live in the wild Eucalyptus trees of Australia. They have such appealing faces, and round, fuzzy ears!
Bald Eagles may be spotted all along the inland waters of Puget Sound, from your own backyard near Seattle, or up against the foothills of the Cascades or the Olympics. Bald Eagles have made a strong recovery all along the western coast.
Running cheetah chases down her prey with high speed and quick direction changes across the grasslands of Africa. Can you imagine throwing a ball for a cheetah to play with? Cheetahs are experts at chasing and catching their prey.
The dancing ostrich drawing is inspired by the beautiful ostriches our children used to admire in our neighborhood in Snohomish County, WA. They had a few well-cared-for ostriches, and the large male ostrich would dance and display all of his wing feathers for us.
An orange tabby cat to color, this is my own big kitty, "Skimbles", who loved our family for many long years. He was the color of a Reese Pieces candy, but you may color him any way you'd like. He was a loyal and intelligent friend I think of often.
